- Access to Wi-Fi (if you need a more stable connection, please contact us to arrange a wired internet connection for your exhibit booth)
- Access to coffee breaks and lunch each day at the meeting

Exhibit Dates & Times
Exhibits are open for the duration of the meeting, however, please review the program at-a-glance for specific break, poster and lunch times each day. Dedicated exhibit/poster sessions occur during breaks so exhibitors can expect a higher level of traffic during these times.

Shipping
Exhibitors can ship exhibit booth supplies directly to the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder by using the shipping form. Supplies will be delivered to the exhibit floor on Monday April 30, 2018 for set up.
Both FedEx and UPS pick up from the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder Monday through Friday for return shipping.

Hilton Buffalo Thunder Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico is the largest and best loved hotels in Santa Fe. With an on site spa, golf courses, multiple restaurants and a casino, there is plenty to occupy everyone when not participating in the meeting.
