Please review the following key dates for the 29th Annual and Satellite Meetings and NCM Membership year.

IMPORTANT: Confirmations of accepted abstracts and scholarships are issued via email in mid to late January/February. Institutional email filters may result in emails not being delivered. October 29, 2018 – Call for Oral abstracts (individual and team) abstracts opens

October 29, 2018 – Call for Poster abstracts opens

November 29, 2018 – Last day to submit Oral abstracts (team and oral)

**January 10, 2019 – Team and Individual Oral Decisions Made/Notifications sent

February 25, 2019 – Last day to submit Poster abstracts

February 27, 2019 – Poster submitters notified if accepted

January 10, 2019 – Conference registration and housing opens

April 8, 2019 – Last day to reserve lodging within guaranteed block period

October 29, 2018 – Early Career Award Applications Open

November 29, 2018 – Last day to submit ECA nomination

February 25, 2019 – URM and PUI Fellowship Programs closed

August 31, 2018 – Last day of membership year/memberships expire

September 1, 2018 – Membership Renewal continues

August 1, 2019 – Membership Expiration (Aug 31) & Renewal notices sent

August 31, 2019 – Last day of membership year/memberships expire

April 22, 2019 – Satellite Meeting (Monday)

April 23, 2019 – Annual Conference starts (Tuesday – Friday)

April 27, 2019 – Annual Conference ends (Friday)

January 10, 2019 – Conference registration opens

March 11, 2019 – Last day to register at “early-bird” conference rate

April 1, 2019 – Last day to register at “regular” conference rate
