NCM Leadership
Elected members govern the Society for the Neural Control of Movement. These members comprise the Board of Directors who in turn elect Officers that comprise the Executive Committee. The Society’s Bylaws govern how the Board manages the Society. Officers and Board members are elected for three-year terms and may be re-elected to one additional contiguous term. The current Board comprises the following Officers and Directors.

Lee Miller, PhD
President & Conference Chair
[email-obfuscate email=”president@ncm-society.org” link_title=”Email President”]Lee Miller is the Distinguished Professor of Neuroscience in the Departments of Physiology, Physical Medicine and Rehab, and Biomedical Engineering at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Evanston, Illinois. He currently serves as the President of the Society for the Neural Control of Movement and is the Chair for current and upcoming meetings.
Kathleen Cullen
Vice-President & Program Chair
Kathleen Cullen is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering, with appointments in Otolaryngology and Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore Maryland. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Society for the Neural Control of Movement and is the Program Chair for current and upcoming meetings.
Rachael Seidler
Secretary/Treasurer
Rachael Seidler is a Professor of Applied Physiology & Kinesiology at the University of Florida. Rachael currently serves as the Treasurer/Secretary for the Society for the Neural Control of Movement and handles NCM membership matters.
Brian Corneil, PhD
Development Officer
Brian Corneil is a Professor in the Departments of Physiology & Pharmacology and Psychology at The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, and a scientist at the Robarts Research Institute in London, Ontario. He currently serves as the Development Officer for the Society for the Neural Control of Movement, taking the lead on sponsorship, sponsor support, advertising opportunities and scholarship applications.
