2027 Meeting
We are pleased to announce the 2027 Annual Meeting will take place in Sevilla, Spain! Set along the banks of the Guadalquivir River, Seville captivates with its rich history, sun-drenched plazas, and dynamic energy. A crossroads of cultures for centuries, the city seamlessly blends Moorish architecture, Gothic grandeur, and modern Andalusian flair. Delegates can wander through the enchanting streets of the Santa Cruz district, marvel at iconic landmarks, and experience the passion of flamenco woven into everyday life. The Annual Meeting will take place April 26 – 30, 2027 at the Melia Sevilla Hotel

Please plan to attend the 36th Annual Meeting from April 26 – 30, 2027 in the historic, unique and diverse city of Sevilla, Spain. The 2027 meeting will begin with a Satellite Meeting on Monday April 24, 2027 and a Welcome Reception on Monday evening for all attendees. Both the satellite and annual meeting will be held at the Melia Sevilla Hotel.

December 1, 2026 – Last day to submit Oral abstracts (Individual and team)
December 1, 2026 – Last day to submit Scholarship applications (whether poster or oral submission)
January 11, 2027 – Team and individual oral decisions communicated
February 22, 2027 – Last day to submit Poster abstract
REGISTRATION & HOUSING
January 11, 2027 – Conference registration and housing opens
March 8, 2027 – Last day to register at “early-bird” conference rate
March 29, 2027 – Last day to register at “regular” conference rate
April 9, 2027 – Last day to reserve lodging within NCM block, should rooms still be available
